Business Intelligence & CRM Manager
You will work 100% in Zug and travel internationally as required for specific assignmentsV-ZUG Business Development International Markets
The position will act as the International Department's representative in company-wide resource planning and transformation initiatives. It requires a proactive, self-driven professional who can work independently while engaging key stakeholders across HQ and the different markets.
What this position offers you
- You take Business Intelligence & CRM to the next level, turning data into powerful insights that drive strategic decisions
- You ensure data is accurate, relevant, and seamlessly integrated into business processes, optimizing sales development and performance
- With your expertise, you consolidate and structure leads, customer and end-client data into a single source of truth, ensuring consistency across multiple platforms
- You develop cutting-edge Power BI dashboards and Excel reports, making key KPIs and business performance visible at a glance. Your insights don't just stay in numbers – you present them in a compelling, story-driven way that influences decisions at all levels
- As the CRM Champion, you shape and support the evolution of Microsoft Dynamics 365, ensuring its full adoption across international markets
- You define and implement a CRM strategy that enhances customer data management, automation, and business planning
- You represent the interests of the International department in the resource planning meetings including sprint planning and backlog prioritization
- You train and empower teams, ensuring they make the most of CRM tools while keeping data quality at the highest level
- Collaboration is at the heart of your role – you work closely with stakeholders across HQ and international markets, aligning CRM initiatives with company-wide strategies
- You proactively identify improvements, coordinate tasks in JIRA, and ensure that business intelligence processes align with agile methodologies
What you can bring to this position
- You are a Business Intelligence & CRM expert with a strong background in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and a passion for enabling data-driven decision-making
- You thrive in agile environments (SAFe preferred) and know how to navigate resource planning with confidence
- Your technical skills are top-notch – you master Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power BI, Excel, Analysis for Excel, PowerPoint, and JIRA (additional data analysis tools welcome)
- Whether it's designing impactful dashboards, optimizing data flows, or driving CRM automation, you ensure data is not just collected but transformed into real business value
- You have a sharp analytical mindset and hands-on experience in data consolidation, reconciliation, and process optimization. You don't just manage data – you turn it into insights that fuel growth and strategy
- You inspire teams, drive change, and ensure that CRM and Business Intelligence are at the heart of decision-making
- You take initiative, work autonomously, and bring projects to life from idea to execution
- Experience in a sales-driven environment is a plus, and you love supporting Business Development with insightful reports, deep-dive analyses, and CRM evolution initiatives that align with company-wide goals
- Fluent in English (German a strong plus), you are a strong communicator and influencer, capable of securing buy-in from stakeholders at all levels
